Parfums de Table is a gourmet concept, both original and refined, which draws its codes from the luxurious worlds of gastronomy, perfumery and the art of living. It aspires to write a new history of French cuisine.
The Concept
Michèle Gay is a culinary designer. She develops and signs her creations for the Parfums de Table Company. Collections are presented in refined gift boxes you can give or just treat yourself to, to flavour easy-to-make recipes.
They show a new culinary way, modern and creative: a sprinkling of perfume.
The Parfums de Table olfactory compositions are exclusively developed from natural ingredients, flowers, spices, fruits, berries, plants, resins, balms but also from noble and mythical fragrances, some of which have hardly ever been experimented with in cooking: Myrrh, Incense, Patchouli, Benjamin, Vetiver and Sandal.
Michèle Gay has drawn her techniques and recipe inspiration from the French Perfumery heritage.
Today, their small-scale production is 100% hand-made.
